Top 3 NDAA Myths Busted: Yes, You Can Be Detained!
Americans across the country will gather outside congressional offices Feb. 3rd from noon to 7 p.m. to protest NDAA 2012 (H.R. 1540) - National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012. NDAA 2012 allows for Americans to be indefinitely detained without access to an attorney or a trial by jury. Amendments to exclude American citizens were rejected by the Obama administration and senate vote.
The protest is not affiliated with any particular political or grassroots organizations. We are uniting as individuals who want to stop this tyranny before it gets worse.
Congress and President Obama have declared war on Americans. The last time America was declared a military zone President Roosevelt authorized the internment of Americans with Executive Order 9066, issued February 19, 1942.
Senator Graham has said that America is part of the battlefield, and as such, Americans can be captured, interrogated, and killed with no due process.
NDAA 2012 repeals the 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th amendments to the Constitution. The Constitution is the supreme law of the land and declares our right to due process. No law shall supersede it. We have a right to our day in court with a jury of our peers.
Once again, our government has tread on our heritage and our Constitution. Do something about it!

According to the United States Department of Homeland Security, YOU might be considered a DOMESTIC TERRORIST, and thereby ELIGIBLE for INDEFINITE DETENTION WITHOUT DUE PROCESS under HR 1540, if you meet any of the following criteria:
- Expressions of libertarian philosophies (statements, bumper stickers)
- Second Amendment-oriented views (NRA membership, CCW permit)
- Survivalist literature (incl. fictional books such as ”Patriots” and ”One Second After”)
- Self-sufficiency (stockpiling food, ammo, hand tools, medical supplies)
- Fear of economic collapse (buying gold and barter items)
- Religious views concerning the book of Revelation (apocalypse, anti-Christ)
- Expressed fears of Big Brother or big government
- Rejection of Federal authority in favor of State or local authority
- Homeschooling
- Declarations of Constitutional rights and civil liberties
- Referencing/quoting the Constitution, Bill of Rights, and/or the Founding Fathers when describing political beliefs
- Belief in a New World Order or government-related conspiracy
- Belief that martial law may be declared in America (i.e. belief in the reality of HR 1540)
Any American citizen is subject to be deemed an EXTREMIST or DOMESTIC TERRORIST for exercising ANY of the above rights, all of which are covered by the Constitution. Indeed, as troubling as it may sound, this is the reality of life in the United States under HR 1540.
DHS also considers the following groups to be potential terroristic threats to US national security:
- Disgruntled Military Veterans (According to DHS, they are more likely than the average citizen to join an extremist militia group or become “lone wolf” terrorists)
- TEA Party members
- Alternative media (i.e. “various information sources that provide a forum for interpretations of events and issues that differ radically from those presented in mass media”)
- Protestors
- Pro-Lifers
- Photographers
- Documentary filmmakers
- Bloggers with anti-government sentiments
- Members of the Patriot movement
- Supporters of Ron Paul or a third party
- Christians

The Federal Emergency Management Agency has spent the last couple of decades secretly building government-funded PRISON CAMPS in over SIX HUNDRED locations across the United States. The largest is a renovated former mental facility in Alaska, which has the potential to hold an upwards of TWO MILLION inmates. As a testament to the massive nature of this system of prisons, it should be noted that the entire Japanese American internment of 1942 was comprised of about 110,000 prisoners, or ONE TWENTIETH (0.05%) of the capacity of this single location in Alaska. Commonly called “residential centers,” these camps are secured by barbed wire fencing, complete with signage indicating the presence of 24-hour surveillance and, in many cases, maximum security. However, while the nation’s prison system literally overflows with inmates, the camps are being maintained COMPLETELY EMPTY, or in some cases, have already begun to detain those they call “residents.” Most disturbing is that many of these locations are STOCK PILING PLASTIC COFFINS BY THE TENS OF THOUSANDS, each unit having enough room to accommodate four to five corpses, as if to prepare for a MASS EXTERMINATION. Government officials claim that these facilities exist to combat a hypothetical influx of illegal immigrants. However, the recently passed National Defense Authorization Act contains clauses that enable the police and military to ARREST AND IMPRISON AMERICAN CITIZENS INDEFINITELY AND WITHOUT DUE PROCESS at government-run relocation centers (i.e. the FEMA camps). The NDAA is nothing more than a vehicle for the U.S. government to authorize the implementation of MARTIAL LAW, which will be followed by the swift imprisonment and assassination of millions of anti-totalitarian protestors. No one will be safe; fear will be their greatest weapon. It is our responsibility as human beings to pass this knowledge on before we are censored. PREVENT THE AMERICAN HOLOCAUST BEFORE IT HAPPENS. The National Defense Authorization Act has been passed. The sly deception of the Obama administration was at work when it threatened to veto Section 1032 of the Act. The problem is that Section 1031 contains the clause which allows the United States Secretary of Defense to effectively implement Martial Law at any time, authorizing the police and military to ARREST, DETAIN, and IMPRISON law-abiding American citizens in GOVERNMENT-RUN INTERNMENT CAMPS without charge, trial, or due process. Does this not sound familiar to something that occurred in Germany in the 1930s? IT IS A MATTER OF PUBLIC RECORD THAT OBAMA LOBBIED FOR THIS ABOMINATION OF JUSTICE TO REMAIN IN THE BILL. The Police State has already begun to take shape as peaceful Occupy protestors exercising their Constitutional right to nonviolent protest have been arrested, beaten, punched, clubbed, maced, pepper-sprayed, and body-slammed to the ground by police all across America, fully suited in riot gear, complete with automatic weapons. THIS HAS BEEN WELL DOCUMENTED BY THE PUBLIC ON YOUTUBE AND SOCIAL MEDIA, HOWEVER MANY STILL SUGGEST THAT THIS IS ALL A “CONSPIRACY THEORY.” We, as a people, must be aware that these atrocities will be dwarfed by what is to come once Martial Law is officially declared.

Did you read that headline? Read it one more time. This is not a joke. EVERY person in America should click on these links, and learn how severely your country is about to change. The reason it has been so easy for them to take away our rights is because only a small number of people saw this coming. We were ridiculed and dismissed, as were our conclusions. NOW IT IS REALITY. The National Defense Authorization Act has been passed. Its grim provisions, cleverly camouflaged in political jargon, violate the United States Constitution and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The tyranny of today’s communist nations will pale in comparison if Americans do not WAKE UP. We have already caught glimpses of the horrors of a POLICE STATE, as Occupy protestors have been stripped of their humanity. Some day soon, if this trend continues, America’s crimes against humanity could render the Third Reich a historical footnote. Don’t allow it to happen. Inform yourself before your right to do so is revoked.
